I was with my bike, model [removed]. It doesn't have a number plate section for the front side so the front number plate was not there but the back side was there. They stopped me and taken me to road side and said if we will make online chalan you have to pay upto 2000, let's settle it for 400. I don't have cash that time, there was one pan thela, they were doing partnership for 400 rs cash. I have paid pan thela 20 rs fees.
