This website only records what happened. We cannot investigate or punish anyone. The channels below can. And remember: if you were forced to pay, the law protects you if you report it to the police or an anti-corruption office within 7 days.
- CPGRAMS: the government's own complaint website. Works for any department.
- Central Vigilance Commission: for corruption in central government offices.
- Your state's Anti-Corruption Bureau or Lokayukta: the people who investigate bribery. Search "<your state> ACB complaint". Many run phone hotlines.
- RTI: ask the office what is happening with your own file. Files move faster when someone is watching.
